Warm and comfortable but wear out quickly

I am female with size 10/11 feet and oedema (also housebound due to severe arthritis), so it's not easy for me to find things to put on the southern end of me. I had two pairs of these last year - navy and grey - they fit well and are really warm and comfortable. I tried the Borg ones but they didn't fit, despite being the same size. My only complaint is that they don't last long. The ones I had last year probably lasted a few months in total, as the toe section wore away almost immediately - despite me not walking! I've been waiting ages for them to be back in stock so was delighted to see these and ordered 6 pairs so that I have enough, considering the speed they wear out. More like this, please!
